摘  要:目的为临床医护人员提供一种学习识别心律失常的高效工具。方法硬件采用单片机结构和可编程接口与数据总线相连;软件采用了嵌入式系统和汇编语言编程。结果本系统具有很高的模拟度,系统模拟了心律失常30余种,经叠加组合达80余种。结论该系统设计合理,图形再现准确不失真,模拟了医院心电监护病房可出现的各种心律失常图形,极方便医护人员对心律失常识别能力的训练。Objective To provide a highly effective tool for medical workers to study and identify arrhythmia. Methods The SCM structure and a programmable interface lining with the data bus in the hardware were utilized, using flushbonding system and assembly language as software. Results The system, which simulates more than thirty kinds of arrhythmia, had highly modelling ability with eighty kinds of combination of arrhythmia. Conclusion The system, which is designed logically, reproduces the figures accurately, and simulates all kinds of the figures of arrhythmia which can be monitored in the sickroom of hospital. Mso, it may act as a training tool for clinical facilities to identify arrhythmia.
