摘 要:以国内第1条兰州东—官亭750kV输电线路示范工程的设计条件为依据,通过机械和电气性能试验,对在高海拔、重覆冰区扩径导线使用预绞式悬垂线夹的可行性进行论证:预绞式悬垂线夹的握力远大于要求握力23kN,层层拆开观察,层与层之间只有轻微压痕;采用预绞式悬垂线夹的导线,疲劳试验结果没有断股,采用预绞丝+螺栓型悬垂线夹的导线均有断股;有均压环的预绞式悬垂线夹的电晕熄灭电压为1084.8kV,没有均压环的预绞式悬垂线夹的电晕熄灭电压为968.5kV,远高于按规程电晕公式计算的电晕熄灭电压629kV。故预绞式悬垂线夹AGS-5129完全能够满足该线路工程要求。The paper takes the design conditions for the first model demonstration project of Lan-Guan 750 kV transmission line as a criterion and demonstrates the feasibility of pre-twisted suspension clamps used for expanded conductor in high elevation anti heavy icing regions through the mechanical and electrical performance tests. The results have proved the gripping force of the pre-twisted suspension clamps is much higher than the required force 23 kN ; no brand breakage occurs after fatigue test on the conductor equipped with the pre-twisted suspension clamp and brand breakages occur to the conductors equipped with pre-twisted wire + bolt type suspension clamps; the corona hlank - out voltage for the pre-twisted suspension clamp with the equalizing ring is 1084.8 kV and 968.5 kV for the clamps without the equalizing ring, which is much higher than 629 kV calculated by the corona formula specified in the code. Therefore the pre-twisted suspension clamp AGS5129 meets the engineering requirements of the project completely.
