摘　　要：运用2次通用旋转组合设计方法,对影响芳砜纶纺纱毛羽的关键工序———细纱工序的几个关键工艺参数进行优化设计,并分析了这几个因素的变化对成纱毛羽及其他质量指标的影响。In the paper, the study on the influence of spinning parameters to PSA yarn hairiness was made by experiments of quadric rotational regression. Three key spinning parameters were optimized and proved to be effective in reducing the PSA yarn hairiness. The influence of the three key parameters to the other quality characters was also analyzed.
