摘　　要：本文简述了WindowsCE操作系统在掌上电脑的应用,详细介绍了基于WindowsCE掌上电脑程序开发环境、开发技术。并结合自身实践,针对嵌入式操作系统WindowsCE与桌面Windows操作系统的区别,对两者开发应用程序的不同之处作了探讨。This article introduces simply Windows CE operating system and its application for pocket PC. It also presents detailedly Windows CE＇s program development environment of pocket PC, and technology of developing. Combining with my own practice, this artide describes the difference between embedded operation system Windows CE and desktop Windows operation system. This paper details in work about the difference of developing their application program.
