几种黏菌原质团蛋白质和DNA含量的测定

摘　　要：利用分光光度法测定了4种黏菌显型原质团的蛋白质和DNA含量。结果表明:煤绒菌原质团的蛋白质和DNA含量最高,分别为18.550 mg/g和0.382 mg/g;扁绒泡菌原质团的含量最低,分别为5.226 mg/g和0.011 mg/g。Total protein and DNA content of several phaneroplasmodia were determined using spectropho- tometric measurement. The results showed that protein and DNA content of plasmodium of F.septica are higher than those of others, 18.550 mg/g and 0.382 mg/g respectively. Protein and DNA content of P. compressum are lower than those of others, 5.226 mg/g and 0.011 mg/g respectively.
