摘  要:采用Pot2-rep-PCR指纹图谱法分析了吉林省部分水稻品种稻瘟病组织,发现所有病组织都能扩增出条带,扩增的片段长度为0.5~3.0kb,扩增的DNA片段数为1~6,而且各病组织在约600bp处共有1条带.经聚类分析,在80%遗传相似水平下,可将供试的15个样品分为7个谱系.不同地域同一水稻品种上的稻瘟病菌生理小种指纹不同.DNA samples of diseased rice tissue collected from Jilin province were analyzed by Pot2 - rep - PCR with two outwardly directed primers of Pot2, an element found in approximately 100 copies in Magnaporthe grisea genome. We found that the molecular weight of fragments ranged from 0.5 to 3.0 kb, the number of amplification fragments was 1 to 6, and there was one common band in all DNA fingerprints. The isolates were divided into 7 lineages according to the DNA band data at the level of 80 % similarity. The fingerprints of physiologic races collected from the same variety of different districts were different.
