摘  要:以大白菜3个结球类型的不同品种(自交系)为试材,研究了不同基因型、不同外植体及不同培养基附加成分对植株再生的影响.结果表明:大白菜不同基因型间不定芽分化率有明显差异,以叠抱类型的'秋白19号'和合抱类型的'福山包头'再生率较高,直筒类型大白菜不定芽分化率低;带柄子叶是离体培养较理想的外植体,分化培养的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+AgNO34 mg/L+ABA0.3 mg/L+蔗糖3.0%+琼脂1.0%.建立了大白菜带柄子叶的高频再生系统,从接种到获得再生植株只需55~60d.We have developed an efficient and fast method for plant regeneration of three different varieties of Chinese cabbage. The frequency of shoot regeneration was obviously different. Among the different types of Chinese cabbage, the Qiubail9 and Fushan Baotou had a high frequency of shoot regeneration, while the cylindrica Li ecotype had a low frequency of shoot regeneration. An efficient system was also established using cotyledons with petioles as explants. The MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 mg/L, NAA0.5 mg/L, AgNO3 4 mg/L, ABA 0.3 mg/L was found to be optimum for Chinese cabbage. The regeneration period from the explants to seedling formation was about 55 - 60 days.
