辽藁本主要生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：对引种栽培的野生辽藁本进行了生物学特性研究。辽藁本年生育期约为220 d,物候期可划分为返青期、营养生长期、孕蕾期、开花期、果期、枯萎期。地上部各器官生长发育表现为株高增长曲线呈单S型,叶面积随株高的增高而增大,孕蕾期叶面积最大,叶面积指数最高,此后叶面积指数逐渐下降。辽藁本为有限花序。根部返青后生长速度较快,开花期至坐果期生长缓慢,坐果期至枯萎期根重、根粗又呈现快速增长的趋势,而根长此时则处于平缓增长状态。The growth and development law of the cultivated Ligusticum jeholense from the wild species in different experimental regions were studied. The results show that its individual development period can be divided into vegetative growth phase and propagation growth phase and can be further divided into regerminating phase, vegetative growth phase,flower-bud formatting phase,flowering phase, fruit phase and withering phase. Its annual vegetation period lasts 220 days. The plant has a single stem or many stems. The total leaf area increases with the increase of its plant height. Its leaf area and leaf area index reach the maximum in the Ligusticurnjeholense flower phase. Its flowering character belongs to the limited flower head and infinite branching plant. Its root length and root weight increase in the Ligusticurn jeholense flowering phase and the initial setting-fruit＇ phase and its increasing rate is high. Its root length reaches the maximum before the soil freezes while its root weight reaches the maximum in the beginning and middle of October. Then it becomes decent in straight line way
