卫星角框件伪半固态触变成形及初步实验研究

摘  要:在粉末冶金的基础上,结合半固态金属加工技术和21世纪陶瓷基复合材料成形的发展方向,提出陶瓷基复合材料伪半固态触变成形工艺。并且对Alp/SiCp不同体积分数混合得到的复合材料应用该工艺制备出卫星角框架制件。通过金相分析、拉伸等试验方法验证该工艺的可行性。结果表明,该工艺成形的零件微观组织比较均匀,硬度比较高。为陶瓷复合材料以及高熔点材料在更多领域中的应用起到推进作用,同时为该工艺的进一步的研究奠定了基础。In this paper, it introduced a new forming process-ceramics matrix composites thixoforming in pseudo-semi-solid state, which is proposed by author based on the powder metallurgy combing with the semi-solid metal forming and the development direction of the ceramics matrix composites forming in 21^st century.During this experimental research we prepared the satellite angel-frames by this technology with Alp/SiCp materials mixed with different volume fractions.And we tested the feasibility of it by the methods of metallographic analysis and tensile test.The results showed that the microstructure was homogeneous and the hardness was high.It will play a very big role in accelerating the ceramics composites and the high melt point materials using in more fields and tamps the foundation for the further studies on the technology.
