粉末冶金热锻冲击块的研究

摘　　要：本文以冲击块为例介绍了粉末冶金热锻的工艺,对热锻中的预成形坯设计、锻模设计作了进一步探讨,分析了热锻中的注意事项和经常出现的问题。研究表明:粉末热锻是一种少无切削,节能节材的粉末冶金致密化工艺,应在我国粉末冶金行业中进行广泛的推广。The technology of P/M hot-forging is introduced for assault block as an example. The design of preform and forging die is analyzed with the precautions and problems often observed during hog-forging. The P/M hot-forging is a densification technology for P/M parts with less oreven without further machining for energy and resource saving and it,should be popularized in domestic P/M industry.
