摘  要:从发芽率、保护酶系活性、脱氢酶活性、丙二醛含量和种子蛋白等方面对菠菜种子超干贮藏效果进行了研究.结果表明,超干贮藏可以提高种子的抗老化劣变能力.菠菜种子含水量为3.3%~5.4%时,表现出较强的抗老化和劣变能力及较好的耐藏性.超干和老化处理后菠菜种子的SOD,POD,CAT和脱氢酶活性显著高于原始含水量种子,而丙二醛含量显著低于原始含水量种子.不同含水量菠菜种子的SDS-PAGE蛋白质谱带无显著差异.Spinach seeds were used to investigate the ultra-dry effect of aging-resistance. The results showed that ultra-dry seeds became more tolerant to aging conditions. When spinach seeds were dried to about 3.3%-5.4% of moisture content ,they became more tolerant to aging and were easier to store. Under the same aging condition ,the activity of SOD, POD,CAT and dehydrogenase of ultra-dry seeds were higher while Malonadehyde (MDA) were lower than seeds with original moisture content. The protein of SDS-PAGE bands were almost the same in spinach seeds of different moisture content.
