摘 要:鉴定了安徽省棉铃红粉病的病原菌为粉红单端孢菌[Trichotheciumroseum(Pers.)Link],研究了不同培养基、碳源、氮源对该菌生长速率及产孢量的影响。结果表明,该菌在马铃薯淀粉培养基上生长最好,产孢量在PDA培养基上最高;该菌在以甘油为碳源的培养基上生长最快,产孢量最高;在以蛋白胨为氮源的培养基上生长最快,产孢量最高。The effects of medium nutrients on the mycelial growth and conidial production of the causal organism of cotton pink boll rot,Trichothecium roseum (Pers.) Link, were studied on the species identification in this paper. The results showed that the optimum medium for the mycelial growth of Trichothecium roseum was PDA with soluble starch and that the optimum medium for the conidial production was PDA. The optimum carbon source was glycerol ,with which the mycelium growth was the fastest and the conidial production was also higher than those with others as carbon source. The optimum nitrogen source was pep- tone, with which the mycelia of Trichothecium roseum grew much faster than those with others and the spore production was the highest one among the tested nitrogen sources.
