摘 要:经过5年的研究,初步明确了陕西苹果产区套袋苹果黑点病的病原菌及病害的发生规律。该病害是由粉红聚端孢TrictothecumroseumLink和点枝顶孢AcremoniumstictumLink共同引起的真菌病害;病原菌主要以菌丝体在枯枝和病果上越冬,其分生孢子主要靠风雨传播,从伤口入侵或直接从皮孔入侵;从苹果套袋后到9月份,病菌均可侵染果实;高温高湿是该病发生流行的条件;不同结果部位、不同质地果袋发病轻重不同;套袋苹果黑点病菌对杀菌剂多菌灵、甲基托布津敏感。It has been made clear that the occurrence regularity of black-dot disease of bagged apple in Shaanxi according to the experiments conducted from 2000-2003. The disease was caused by Trictothecum roseurn Link and Acrernonium stictum Link. The overwintered mycelium in the dead branches and diseased apples was the first infected source. The conidium of pathogen spreaded mainly by wind or rain,and penetrate down wound or the dot of fruit. The pathogen could infect fruit from the time apple being bagged to September. Higher temperature and humidity were favourable conditions to the emergence and prevalence of the disease. The different parts of apple trees and the different texture of the bag had different disease occurrence level. The pathogen was more susceptible to the fungicides-Carbendazim and Thiophanatemethyl.
