摘 要:研究了往复式多孔介质燃烧器在热态试验条件下的温度分布,分析了当量比、空截面流速、切换半周期对多孔介质中温度分布的影响,以及切换半周期对燃烧器出口温度的影响.随着系统周期性地运行,多孔介质中的温度呈动态周期性变化.在当量比为0.3~1.4时,随着当量比的增大,多孔介质中的温度先上升后下降.在切换周期和当量比一定时,随着空截面流速的增大,多孔介质中的温度随之升高;在当量比和燃气质量流量保持不变时,随着切换半周期的增大,多孔介质中的温度先升高后降低,最后基本保持不变,而燃烧器出口温度随切换半周期的增大而升高.与单个多孔介质燃烧相比,往复式多孔介质中的温度整体分布较均匀.Temperature profiles of premixed natural gas combustion in a porous media combustor with reciprocating flow system were studied experimentally. The effects of equivalent ratio, on-off time period of control valve and gas superficial velocity on the temperature profiles were investigated. The on-off period had strong influence on the exit gas temperature of the combustor. As the combustor system ran periodically, the temperatures in the porous media varied periodically also. When the equivalent ratio was in the range of 0. 3-1.4, the temperature in the porous media increased to a certain level and then decreased with the increase of equivalent ratio. The temperature in the porous media increased with the increase of gas superficial velocity while the equivalent ratio and the on-off period kept constant. If the equivalent ratio and the gas flux remained unchanging, the temperature in the porous media increased with then decreased with the increase of on-off period and finally reached a certain level. Comparison to the single flow combustion showed that the temperature profiles of the reciprocating flow combustion had smoother distribution.
