摘　　要：分析了常州市城市居民最低生活保障制度实施以来,常州市城市贫困阶层最低生活保障对象的生活、群体特征及其社会救助状况;讨论了社会救助制度推行过程中存在的问题及解决对策与思路。The problem of urban poverty and the social assistance has changed enormously since the System for ensuring a minimum standard of living was introduced in changzhou city. As changzhou case study, we explore specifically the life, features of group and the social assistance of urban households at the minimum standard of living, analyze problems in the execution of the social assistance, and propose approaches to problems finally.
