摘 要:针对大部分工业热水锅炉在运行一定时间后普遍发生的变形、爆管等水循环故障,通过对工业热水锅炉水冷壁管传热过程的理论分析表明,过冷沸腾的发生是产生水循环故障的根本原因;主要发生在工业热水锅炉受热面管热流密度最大处及水温最高处;避免发生过冷沸腾的条件是(ρw)>(ρw)min.通过探讨工业热水锅炉工作参数、运行工况、水循环方式以及水质等因素对发生过冷沸腾的影响,从5个方面提出了防止过冷沸腾发生的方法和改进措施。A great number of industrial hot-water boilers usually got some water circulating breakdown, such as transfiguration, duct-burst and so on, after working some time. The location and trait of water circulating breakdown was distinctly regular. Having analysed the heat transfer theory on the boiler-duct of industrial hot-water boiler, a conclusion was drawn that subcooled boiling led to water circulating breakdown. The subcooled boiling occurred mainly at the places of the highest water temperature and the maximum heat flux of heated boiler-duct. The condition to avoid subcooled boiling was (pω)〉 (pω)min. Having discussed the influential factors such as working parameters,working conditions,water-circulation mode and water quality on subcooled boiling,five prevention and improvement measures were put forward.
