摘　　要：农村养老问题是农村社会稳定的重要问题。首先分析苏州农村基本养老保险经历的历史发展过程,在分析了目前面临的形势和存在的问题基础上,提出了改善和加强苏州农村基本养老保险的总体思路和对策建议。The question of the rural social stability is an important problem. This text analyses the historical evolution of the rural basic old - age insurance of Suzhou at first, on the basis of analysing the situation at present and existing problem, have improved and strengthened the overall countermeasure and suggestion of the rural basic old - age insurance of Suzhou.
