摘　　要：根据等效直流灌注法,设计交流电机定子绕组温升的计算机在线监测系统,并提出提高测试精度的几种措施。实验表明,此方法测试结果准确,测试过程迅速,转矩脉动可以控制在合理范围内。该测试方法广泛适用于电机热保护和状态监测场合。The computer online monitoring system for stator winding temperature rise of AC electric motor based on the equivalent DC injection scheme, the measures needed to improve the accuracy were presented in this paper; this scheme can be used widely both in motor thermal protection and motor condition monitoring with enough accuracy and high speed of test, the torque distortion can also be restrained under reasonable level were proved by the experimental results.
