摘 要:在反应温度为95℃,常压,n(均三甲苯)2∶n(冰醋酸)∶n(醋酸钴)∶n(溴化钠)∶n(无水乙酸钠)=1∶35∶0.2∶0.1∶0.05,空气流速为0.06m3/h的条件下,采用鼓泡反应器,研究了均三甲苯液相空气氧化合成均苯三甲酸的宏观动力学,建立反应模型,推导反应速率方程。在动力学实验数据的基础上,推导和计算了简化反应模型的反应级数和各步的反应速率常数,并得到了宏观反应速率方程。为常压法合成均苯三甲酸的理论分析提供可靠的动力学数据。Trimesic was obtained by liquid-phase oxidation of mesitylene by air in the presence of cobalt acetate and sodium bromide under atmosphere pressure. The oxidation reaction was carried out in a glass bubble reactor at 95 ℃, with the reactant in a molar ratio of mesitylene : glacial acetic acid : cobalt acetate : sodium bromide : sodium acetate = 1 : 35 : 0.2 : 0. 1 : 0.05 and the reaction time was 4.5 h. The kinetics and mechanism of the catalytic reactin were investigated and the kinetic models were developed. The contrast time method was employed to estimate the reaction order. The calculation result shows that the first step of reaction model obeys the first reaction order rule. Based on the assumption of first reaction order, the reaction rate constant K2 and K3 of second and third step of reaction model were obtained, thus providing a reliable kinetic data for the theoretical analysis of trimesic synthesis.
