摘 要:利用间歇培养研究了碳氮质量比对纯培养制氢工程中发酵产氢细菌产氢性能的影响。结果显示发酵液中碳氮质量比对产氢细菌Rennanqilyf3的产氢能力和生长有显著的影响。最佳的Rennanqilyf3生长和产氢能力碳氮质量比为3.3,发酵产氢代谢产物以乙醇和乙酸为主,产氢量为3.18mmol,氢气体积分数达到50.8%,葡萄糖利用率为73.2%,终pH值变化不大。碳氮质量比可以成为调控发酵制氢的工程措施之一,最佳碳氮质量比为3.0—3.5。The effects of carbon-nitrogen mass ratio (C/N) on growth and hydrogen production were examined by batch culture with a strain of fermentative hydrogen producing bacterium Rennanqilyf3. The research shows that the concentration of nitrogen resource has the big effects on hydrogen production of Rennanqilyf3. The optimum C/N of the growth and hydrogen production in Rennanqilyf3 was 3.3. The liquid end products were mainly ethanol and acetate. When C/N was 3.3, glucose depredating efficiency was the highest. With increase of organics, final pH value ehanged a little. C/N is one of important engineering parameters for fermentative hydrogen produetion, with the best C/N of 3. G--3.5.
