摘　　要：我国从20世纪90年代中期开始进行农村专业合作经济组织建设试点。大量调查表明，中国农村经济合作组织现状不容乐观，规模小、覆盖面窄、实力薄弱、管理制度不健全和稳定性较差；新型农村合作经济组织的发育和成长相当缓慢，在为农民提供技术、信息、资金、物资和产品销售等服务方面发挥的作用有限。必须通过经济合作组织的制度性建设来加以完善。China has made experiments of rural special economic cooperative organization in the whole country from the middle of 1990s. Lots of documents have indicated the status of it is not prosperous, that is, small scale, little coverage, weakness, inadequate management, etc. As a whole, the newly rural special economic cooperative organization grows by inches, such as the limited provision of technology, information, capital, material and products distribution, etc. The better relationship of rural industrializative management organization must be established by economic cooperative organization system.
