摘　　要：目的:探讨预防硅胶囊假体隆乳术后包膜挛缩的方法。方法:将100例患者随机分成两组,观察组接受针灸配合常规手法按摩,对照组接受常规手法按摩。结果:观察组患者发生包膜挛缩明显少于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸配合手法按摩预防硅胶囊假体隆乳术后包膜挛缩具有较好的疗效。Objective： To explore the preventive approaches of capsule contracture of silica gel prosthesis after breast swelling operation. Methods： 100 recipients were randomly divided into observation and control groups. Routine massaging therapy combined with acupuncture and single massaging therapy was respectively given to the recipients in the observation and the control group. Results： The occurrence of capsule contracture was less in the observation group than in the control group, and the significant difference was shown （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Routine massaging therapy combined with acupuncture is so effective in the prevention of capsule contracture of silica gel prosthesis after breast swelling operation.
