摘 要:通过研究孤石牧场退耕地和非退耕地地上植被与种子库的变化特征,结果表明:(1)退耕地地上植被与土壤种子库物种多样性高于非退耕地,从地上植被和种子库组成分析得出,退耕地正处于一年生草本植物向多年生草本植物恢复演替阶段;(2)退耕地地上植被与土壤种子库的物种丰富度(25,20)及数量(2 970,593)大于非退耕地地上植被与土壤种子库的丰富度(16,17)和数量(1 806,120);(3)地上植被与土壤种子库共有种数在退耕地上较多(8种),在非退耕地上较少(3种),从而导致了地上植被与土壤种子库群落组成之间的相异性增大。The experimental area is located in the Gushi Pasture on the Bashang Plateau, Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Hebei Province, and its elevation varies in a range of 1 000~1 600 m a. s. 1. It belongs to the semiarid continental monsoon climate, it is windy with less precipitation in spring, and the annual days of occurring strong winds over force 6 are 50 days. The annual temperature and the monthly temperatures in January and July are 0.8 ℃ , - 18.8 ℃ and 17.5 ℃ respectively; the annual precipitation varies in a range of 350~450 mm, and the precipitation occurs mainly in July, August and September, which occupies 79 % of the annual one, however, the annual evaporation is 4 times of annual precipitation. In this paper, the characteristics of change of the vegetation and soil seed banks in the lands withdrawn from farming and the farmlands in Gushi Pasture are studied. The results are as follows: (1) Species diversity of vegetation and soil seed banks in the lands withdrawn from farming is higher than that in farmlands, and the analyzed results of vegetation and soil seed banks reveal that the lands withdrawn from farming are currently in restoring succession stage from annual herbs to perennial herbs; (2) Richness indexes of the species of vegetation and of the soil seed banks (25 and 20) and their quantities (2 970 and 593) in the lands withdrawn from farming are higher than that of vegetation and of the soil seed banks (16 and 17) and their quantities (1 086 and 120) in the farmlands; (3) The quantity of co-occurring species (8 species ) in the lands withdrawn from farming are higher than that (3 species) in farmlands, thus, the difference of the community composition between the vegetations and soil seed banks in the lands withdrawn from farming and the farmlands becomes high.
