摘 要:通过吡啶吸附红外光谱和光电子能谱对负载型非茂催化剂CpTi(dbm)Cl2的载体和催化剂的结构进行了表征,发现MgCl2/高岭土双载体表面存在大量强L酸中心;经双载体负载后的CpTi(dbm)Cl2中Ti2p的电子结合能增加了0.6~0.65eV。分析结果表明,Mg对Ti的电子效应以及载体中MAO对CpTi(dbm)Cl2的预活化作用是促使负载后活性提高的重要原因。The structures of supported CpTi(dbm)Cl2 and the supports were characterized with pyridine adsorption - desorption IR and XPS. It was discovered that there were a lot of strong Lewis acid on the surface of the MgCl2/kaolin bi - support and the binding energy of Ti 2p in CpTi(dbm)Cl2 was increased by 0.6~0.65 eV after it was supported on the bi - support. The analysis result showed that both the electron effect of Mg on Ti and the pre- activation of CpTi(dbm) Cl2 by MAO in the bi- support contributed a lot to the increase of activity after the catalyst was supported.
