摘 要:在反应釜中按一定比例加入苯酚、甲醛、钼改性剂,酸性条件下,加热搅拌2~4h,0.08MPa下真空脱水,得到黏度适中的钼改性酚醛树脂。对钼酚醛树脂进行TG和DSC分析,结果表明:改性树脂固化温度为160℃左右,热分解温度为534.8℃。红外光谱分析表明:钼元素确实已经接枝到酚醛树脂的分子链中。Prescribed amounts of phenol, formaldehyde, molybdenum modifier were added into the reaction kettle, heating and stirring was made for 2~4 h in acid condition. Then the reaction product was dehydrated under reduced pressure of 0.08 MPa until the Mo - PF with appropriate viscosity was obtained. The analysis results for the reaction mixtures with TG and DSC showed that the temperature for its largest curing extent was 160 ℃ and the decomposition temperature of the Mo -PF was 534.8 ℃. Analysis of FTIR proved that molybdenum was successfully grafted on the molecule of PF.
