摘　　要：文中采用一种修正的DCFT,它克服了传统DCFT对参数的约束条件,可以有效地对线形调频信号参数进行匹配,使其工程应用成为可能,仿真结果验证了算法的实用性、有效性。The paper advanced a novel Modified Discrete Chirp-Fourier Transform （MDCFT） to overcome the restriction, this new transform can make the signal energy concentrate in the transform domain to estimate the parameters. As the result ,the good performance parameters estimation can be obtained. The comparison shows that the new algorithm is more practical and effective.
