同种异基因脐血输注诱导受者对供者免疫耐受

摘　　要：①目的　观察输注同种异基因脐血的新生猪成年期是否对供者产生免疫耐受。②方法　异基因新生小猪随机配对,将供者脐血输注给刚出生的受者,成年后用供者淋巴细胞做供受双方淋巴细胞毒试验(CDC试验),脐血输注的实验组与未做脐血输注的对照组比较。③结果　实验组与对照组比较差异有显著性(χ2 =7.62,P<0.01)。④结论　新生猪同种异基因脐血输注能诱导受者对供者产生免疫耐受。Objective To observe the immunological tolerance in the recipients who were infused with allogeneic umbilical blood. Methods Allogeneic newborn pigs were randomly matched. The recipients were infused with umbilical blood of the donors respectively. Complement dependent cytotoxicity tests（CDC tests） were carried out when they grew up. The results were compared with those of the control group. Results There was a significant difference between the group infused allogeneic umbilical blood and the control group （χ^2=7.62, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Allogeneic umbilical blood infusion can induce immunological tolerance in the recipients in newborn pigs.
