摘  要:介绍了一种国产原子吸收光谱仪在石墨炉分析方面的最新进展。使用了小体积管式石墨管,能快速升温达3000℃,对Ba、Al等高温元素分析效果良好。悬浮式光学系统,高能量单色器,提高仪器稳定性及信噪比,石墨炉分析重复性良好。整机一体化设计火焰原子化器,石墨炉原子化器,石墨炉电源同时安装在主机上,节约加热功率,只需4.6千瓦。原子化器拉推式切换,使用方便。石墨炉分析综合技术指标已达到世界先进水平。In this article, some new technological advances for graphite fumace were presented. It is showcased the most technological developments in China's AAS industry nowadays. The graphite furnace systems from East & West Analytical Instruments, Inc. (EWAII) take advantage of a small/compact graphite tube to achieve speedy heating-up process. The maximum temperature of the systems can be as high as 3000℃, it makes EWAII's AA-7000 series a desirable choice for analyzing these high temperature elements such as Ba, Al etc. With a superb suspension optical system built in, the instruments are very stable in any environment and resist to shaking. AA-7000's high energy monochrome is the key to achieve high N/S ratio. The systems are highly integrated and compact with flame atomizer, graphite furnace atomizer, and furnace power unit all built into one single bench top unit. The system power consumed is only 4.6KW that requires the minimum setups for user's lab. The switch of flame and graphite furnace is just as simple as pushing in or pulling out the atomizer unit. The whole process to switch between the 2 methods takes only 2 seconds. All in all, the graphite furnace technology introduced exemplifies the best AAS one in China and the world.
