药食两用中药复方对去卵巢大鼠血脂的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨药食两用中药复方对去卵巢大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法:以去卵巢大鼠为动物模型,己烯雌酚片为阳性对照药物,观察该中药复方对血清TG,TC,LDLC,HDLC及HDLC/TC等值的影响。结果:与去卵巢对照组比较,中药大、小剂量组均能降低血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白值,升高血清高密度脂蛋白值及HDL/TC比值,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),大剂量较小剂量作用强。结论:该中药复方能有效调节去卵巢大鼠紊乱的血脂,提示其具有防治绝经期综合征患者动脉粥样硬化或冠心病的作用。Objective：To explore the regulatory effects of edible Chinese herbal prescription on the blood-lipid spectrum of ovariectomized rats. Methods： Using ovariectomized rat model and diethylstilbestrol tablets as positive control, the effects of the prescription on the values of the total triglyceride（TG）, total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein （LDLc）, high density lipoprotein（HDL,） and HDLc/TC in the serum of ovariectomized rats were observed. Results ; Compared with those of blank contrasts,this prescription both in high and in low dosage can decrease the values of TC, LDLc and increase the value of HDLc, HDLc/TG in the serum of ovariectomized rats distinctly. Conclusion： This prescription can regulate the blood-lipid spectrum of atherosclerosis of coronary heart-disease.
