摘  要:借助化学分析法测定了水泥熟料中C4A3S矿物的含量和Cu2+离子在熟料中的浸出率,用X射线内标法测定了水泥熟料中C3S含量;用X射线衍射和差热分析研究了矿物形成过程;并采用扫描电镜和透射电镜分别研究矿物形貌和C3S晶体结构.研究结果表明:生料中掺入一定量的CuO,能降低水泥熟料的烧成温度,促进C3S和C4A3S两种矿物相互共存.过高的CuO亦会降低C4A3S矿物的分解温度.Content of calcium sulphoaluminate and soke content of Cu^2+ in clinkers were determined by chemical analysis, and content of tricalcium silicates was determined by X-ray diffraction. The mineral composition and clinkering property of clinkers were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The shape of calcium sulphoaluminate and structure of tricalcium silicates crystal were investigated respectively by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that adding a reasonable amount of CuO in raw meal could lower the clinkering temperature, and promote the coexistence of C3S and C4A3S^- However extra amount of CuO may lower the decomposition temperature of C4A3S^-.
