摘 要:文中测定了不同装填分率中空纤维膜组件壳程的流体力学性能,并对其传质性能进行了理论计算及实验研究,获得了传质准数关联式。结果表明在相同Re下,当装填分率小于60%时,传质系数随装填分率的增大而增大;当装填分率大于60%时,传质系数则随装填分率的增大而减小。将传质系数的理论计算值与实测值进行比较,二者基本吻合,表明该理论方法可以较好地预测中空纤维膜组件壳程的传质性能。The shell-side hydrodynamic performances of the hollow fiber membrane modules with different packing densities were measured. Their mass transfer performances were investigated both in theoretical calculation and experimental study. Based on the experimental results, the mass transfer correlation was obtained. It is found that with the same Reynolds number, the mass transfer coefficient increases with increase of the packing density until 60 96 and decreases again at a higher packing density. A better agreement was reached comparing the mass transfer coefficients obtained through the theoretical calculation and the experimental study, which indicates that the calculation method could be used to predict the shell-side mass transfer performance of hollow fiber membrane modules.
