摘 要:对北京化工大学设计的BHSⅣ新型丝网波纹填料进行了流体力学性能研究。应用空气水系统,在500mm的有机玻璃塔中进行实验。测定了此填料在不同气液负荷下的填料压降和不同喷淋密度下的液泛点,并回归出了干塔压降、湿塔压降和液泛点的关联式。获得了此新型填料的基础数据,为更合理的设计填料提供依据。The hydrodynamic performance of the novel corrugated web packing developed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology was studied. The pressure drops of the packing at different gas and liquid loads were measured with an air-water system in an organic glass tower with a diameter of 500 mm. And the liquid flooding points under different liquid spray densities were determined. The correlation between the pressure of the dry column and F and the correlation between the pressure of the wet column and the liquid flooding point were given. The experimental results will be helpful for design of a more efficient packing.
