摘 要:文中用柠檬酸络合法制备了纳米稀土复合氧化物CuxCeOδ,以透视电子显微镜(TEM)、热重差热分析(TGDTA)、BrunauerEmmettTeller(BET)比表面和X射线衍射分析(XRD)、粒度二次分布仪等方法表征了复合物粉末的粒径、热稳定性、比表面、晶相和二次粒度分布,以常压微型固定床反应器考察了该复合物催化剂对甲烷燃烧的催化活性。研究了复合物中CuO含量和焙烧温度对催化活性的影响,并初步探讨燃烧反应的机理。The composites of nanosized rare-earth for methane combustion were prepared by a citric method from Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O precursors. The particle size and distribution, specific surface, thermal stabilities and the crystal phase morphology were systematically characterized by TEM, TG-DTA, BET and XRD. Its catalytic activity for methane combustion was evaluated by a fixed-bed reactor under atmospheric pressure. The effects of copper content in the catalyst and the calcination temperature of the materials on the catalytic activity were investigated. The results show that the catalytic materials have a high activity for methane combustion when Cu/Ce ratio is less than 0.12 and the optimized synthesis parameters and proper calcinations temperature are established. It will help ensure a safer environment, and achieve the appropriate control of industrial processes. This research is important for availableness of natural gas combustion and for removal of toxic gases.
