中西医结合治疗脑囊尾蚴并发脑积水的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗脑囊尾蚴并发脑积水的有效方法。方法选择脑囊尾蚴并发脑积水患者42例,随机分为2组,观察组22例应用中西医结合方法综合治疗;对照组20例应用西药降颅压及脑细胞活化剂治疗,比较2组疗效。结果观察组治愈率68%,总有效率100%;对照组治愈率10%,总有效率60%。2组治愈率和总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗脑囊尾蚴并发脑积水效果显著。Objective To explore the effective method of combination traditional Chinese medicine with westem medicine on patients with encephalic cysticercus complicated hydrocephalus. Methods 42 patients with encephalic cysticercus complicated hydrocephlus were randomly divided into treatment and control group. Patients in the treatment group were given therapy of combination traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. Patients in the control group were treated with encephalic cell active agency and western medicine to decrease the brain pressure. The therapeutic effect was observed between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the treatment and control group was 68% and 10% respectively. The total effective rate in the treatment and control group was 100% and 60% respectively. There were significant differences of the total effective rate and effective rate between the two groups. Conclusion There is a significant effect of combination traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on encephalic cysticercus complicated hydrocephalus.
