摘  要:介绍二惰轮平衡式复合齿轮泵的结构特点,以单位体积质量最小为目标建立数学模型,编制优化设计程序,得出优化结果。优化设计后,样机体积下降28%,达到了优化的目的且优化效果较为显著。The structural performances of the balanced compound gear pump with two idlers were introduced. Based on the target of having the smallest mass per unit volume, a mathematical model of optimization was established, a universal program was designed, and the result of optimization of the pump was obtained;the model pump with the optimization design has declined 28 percent in volume, so the target has been met and the effects are notable.
