济钢120t转炉倒锥度氧枪的研制与应用

摘　　要：为解决直筒氧枪粘钢难处理、氧枪寿命低的问题,研制开发出了下部中管和外管同时采用倒锥度的倒锥度氧枪。应用表明,该氧枪枪体冷却效果好,粘渣能自动掉落,粘钢容易处理,平均枪龄可达312炉。In order to solve the problem which steel adhesion on straight oxygen lance is difficult to deal with and its life is short, the back draught oxygen lance with back draught lower mid pipe and outer pipe is developed. Application shows that the cooling effect of the lance is good, the slag adhesion on the lance can drop automatically, steel adhesion on oxygen lance is easy to de~ with and the average lance life is 312 heats.
