摘　　要：为调整小型材产品结构,扩大品种,推进建筑用钢筋的升级换代,满足市场对500MPa钢筋的需求,济钢利用微合金化技术,成功研制开发出HRB500钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋,实物质量达到了GB1499—1998的要求。为进一步改善提高钢筋的实物质量,对试验和批量生产的钢筋做了全面分析,提出了生产工艺具体技术要求。HRB500 reinforcing bar was brought into the standard of National Construction Steel Material. In order to adjnst production system, enlarge variety, upgrade the bars and meet the requirements of market, HRB500 hot rolled ribbed steel bar was developed successfully. It reached the requirements of GB1499-1998. For improving the bar＇s quality, full analysis on experimentations and practical technical request were put forward.
