摘　　要：针对钢包用铝镁浇注料使用寿命短的问题,济钢耐火材料厂研制开发出了使用寿命提高1倍的新型铝镁浇注料。该新型浇注料以20～40mm大粒度、含Al2O388%倒焰窑煅烧料为骨料,优质电熔镁砂作小颗粒骨料,普通电熔镁砂作细粉,引入α-Al2O3微粉、硅微粉,具有较好的热震稳定性和抗侵蚀能力。The Al2O3- MgO Castable＇s life used in ladle is so shot that the Refractory Works of Jigang has developed a new type of Al2O3- MgO castable, which can make the life turn twice. The new type castable takes 20 - 40mm calcined round kiln bauxites （Al2O388%） as aggregates, uses electro-fused magnesia grains as mid-aggregates, sintered magnesia grains as powder, adding α -Al2O3 micro powder, micro silicon powder. The new type castable has excellent thermal shock resistance and good erosion resistance.
