摘　　要：为稳定上塔压力和塔内组分,保持再生污氮气流量的稳定,采用CS3000控制系统,实现了分子筛吸附装置自动切换程序控制、均压阀缓开、缓关等调节控制功能,保证了空分系统工况稳定,减少因控制系统故障造成的设备停机时间。In order to stabilize the pressure of the upper tower and the component in the tower, and keep the stability of flow capacity of waste nitrogen witch used to regeneration, CS3000 control system is adopted. Therefore the adjust and control function of molecular sieve adsorption device, such as automaticswitch-over program control, equalizing valve open and close by inches. The stabilization of working station on air depatrment system is pledged and the machine-stopped time on control system trouble is decreased.
