摘　　要：为提高四辊轧机支承辊轴承使用寿命,从改进轴承结构设计、加强密封、改变换辊周期、轴承修复再利用等方面进行了有益的尝试。实践证明,改进后四辊支承辊轴承使用寿命提高了近1倍。In order to improve the service life of backup bearing in four high rolling mill, the profitable experiments are carried on by improving the bearing structural design, strengthening seal, changing the working period of the roll and repairing the bearing to utilization. The practice proves that the service life of the backup bearing is prolonged about one times.
