摘　　要：目的 观察连续性血液净化在乳酸性酸中毒治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择11例确诊为乳酸性酸中毒患者，在常规治疗效果不显著时予连续性血液滤过，治疗过程中行血气分析，检测血乳酸、血糖、血肌酐水平。结果 治疗后血pH、HCO3^-接近正常，乳酸、肌酐显著下降（P〈0．01）。结论 连续性血液净化在乳酸性酸中毒的治疗中发挥重要的作用，特别是对内科保守治疗效果差或合并肾功能不全的患者。Objective To observe the effects of continuous blood purification in the treatment of lactic acidosis. Methods After routine treatment , 11 lactic acidosis patients were treated with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration. Blood gas analysis, lactic acid. blood sugar and creatinine were observed continuously during the treatment. Results PH, HCO3^- . lactic acid and creatinine restored to normal level after CVVH. Conclusions Continuous blood purification play an important role in the treatment of lactic acidosis especially in the patients who have no response to traditional treatments or complicated with renal failure.
