摘　　要：根据马来西亚ROSEN公司对付纳线输气管道进行的全线漏磁智能清管检测结果,分析了现有管道的腐蚀状况,采用换管和复合修复施工技术对付纳线输气管道腐蚀缺陷进行了有效修复。该工程共修复缺陷点377个,保证了输气管道的安全运行,同时在施工过程中总结了对缺陷修复段的定位、管道表面清理、补强等方面的经验和方法。Based on the results achieved from Malaysian Rosen Company＇s inspection on Fujiamiao-Naxi natural gas transmission pipeline with the magnetic leakage instrumented pig, the available corrosion status of the pipeline were analyzed. Corrosion defects on Fujiamiao-Naxi pipeline were repaired by replacing pipeline sections and using composite repair technique. There are 377 repaired points in total, and this project ensures security of the pipeline operation. In the construction process, experience and methods about defects locating, surface treatment technique and defects repair are summarized.
