摘  要:低碳球铁是含碳量远低于常规含碳量的球墨铸铁,其突出特点是成本低,性价比高,现已发展成有不同特点的四个品种:铸态高韧塑性铁素体低碳球铁,铸态高强度珠光体低碳球铁,准铸态贝氏体低碳耐磨球铁,铸态耐热、耐蚀奥氏体低碳球铁.低碳球铁开辟了用反球化元素来进行球化的先河,使人们对球化机理有了全新的认识,球化元素与反球化元素没有本质的区别,均为表面活性元素.a new type of engineering material, the low-carbon ductile iron with low cost and high performance has been developed into four grades, namely the as-cast high-toughness ferrific low-carbon ductile iron, as-cast high-strength pearlitic low-carbon ductile iron, quasi-cast wear-resistant bainific low-carbon ductile iron, and as-cast heat-and corrosion- resistant austenific low-carbon ductile iron. The low-carbon ductile iron was for the first time fabricated using anti-spheroidizing dements to spheroidize a cast iron. It was thus realized that no striking difference existed between the spheroidizing elements and the anti-spheroidizing ones, all them being surface activating elements.
