角蛋白水解液在复鞣工序中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文研究了羽毛角蛋白的水解条件,并对角蛋白水解液在皮革复鞣中的应用进行了探讨,发现在铬复鞣后加入角蛋白水解液,可起到复鞣填充效果,使铬复鞣革明显地增厚,废液的铬含量降低。The hydrolysis condition of feather keratin and keratin liquid applied in leather retanning were discussed. After the chromium retanning, adding keratins hydrolysis liquid to the system can can get the filling effect, make the chrome tanned leather increase thickness obviously and reduce the content of chrome in the waste liquid.
