摘  要:报道了对激光二极管端面泵浦的Nd∶YAG晶体,Cr∶YAG被动调Q产生的1.064μm脉冲激光器,用KTP晶体进行腔外和、倍频,分别用LBO、BBO晶体三倍频、四倍频产生355nm、266nm紫外激光。首次采用了一种新颖的腔型设计,用20W的激光二极管阵列(LDA),在泵浦功率为14.5W的情况下,红外(1064nm)调Q输出平均功率为2.2W,峰值功率高达12kW。用KTP腔外二倍频,532nm绿光输出平均功率为1.2W,LBO腔外三倍频、BBO腔外四倍频,355nm、266nm功率分别高达340mW、300mW。We have demonstrated a diode-pumped, Cr: YAG passively Q-switched Nd: YAG laser that has produced ultraviolet output at 355nm and 266nm by using KTP as the second harmonic generation crystal, LBO, BBO for third and fourth harmonic genegration. The new cavity is first used by us. Used a LDA with 20W, when the incident pump power is 14.5W, we have obtained passively Q-switched average infrared output power as high as 2.2W, the peak power up to 12kW. Used KTP as the second harmonic generation crystal, 532nm green light average power is 1.2W. LBO, BBO crystal for third and fourth harmonic generation outcavity 355nm and 266nm ultraviolet average output power as high as 340roW and 300roW respectively have got.
