摘　　要：文章根据红外热成像装备战术性能指标评价的实际需求,提出了一套满足我国军品科研管理程序的静态目标特性仿真系统方案,以实现战术指标的实验室评价,及建立战术指标与技术指标之间的定量关系,并根据该方案对本系统进行了设计实现。Based on the practical needs of tactical specification evaluation of IR thermal image equipment, a set of scheme of static target property imitation system is presented, which can meet the needs of military products science and research management program. It can realize the lab evaluation of tactical index and set up the quantitative relationship between tactical index and specification. According to this scheme ,the system designing is realized.
