摘 要:目的为进一步深化粉煤灰的综合利用程度,拓宽粉煤灰的应用范围,使工业废弃物粉煤灰与石灰得到有效利用.方法采用水热合成工艺制备超细粉体材料,并利用XRD、BET、SEM以及TEM等微观测试手段对其性能进行测试与表征.结果试验表明:XRD图谱表明产物的主要相的衍射峰第一强线较强,其他的衍射峰较弱,生成了以水化硅酸钙为主的呈弱结晶状态的物质;SEM的图像表明随着反应时间的延长,反应程度趋于完全,粉体的微孔结构变得均匀.结论在120℃下恒温4 h的主要产物是C2SH(A)、C3AH6,恒温7 h时的主要产物是CSH(B)、C2SH(C),恒温10 h时的主要产物是C2SH(C)、托贝莫来石;超细粉体是多孔结构的粉体材料,随着恒温时间的延长,比表面积在4~7 h之间增大,在7 h时粉体的比表面积可达107 m2/kg,恒温时间到达10 h,比表面积下降.TEM图像表明超细粉体是50 nm左右的颗粒形成的松散聚集体.In order to deepen the degree of the comprehensive application and broaden the application range of fly so as to ash, promote the effective application of industrial waste fly ash and lime, superfine powdery materials are prepared by means of hydrothermal synthesis, and then by means of XRD,BET, SEM and TEM etc, the property of this powdery material has been characterized and analyzed. The results of XRD show the diffraction peak of the first diffraction line of the main phase of superfine powder is stronger than other diffraction peaks, assuming weak crystallized state. SEM photograph indicates with the extension of temperature maintain time, the hydrothermal reaction becomes complete and the tiny porous structure of powder becomes uniform. Under the condition of hydrothermal synthesis with 120℃, the main phases are CaSH(A)、C3AH6 when the temperature maintain is 4 h; when the temperature maintain time is 7 h, the main phases are CSH(B)、C2SH(C) ;and the main phases are C2SH(C) and Tobermolite when the maintain time is 10 h. The superfine powder is porous and with the extension of thermostatical time, the specific surface area of it shows a tendency to increase among 4-7 h and reaches 107 m^2/Kg when the temperature maintain time is 7 h; while the specific surface area presents the downward tend when the autoclave schedule continually rises to 10 h. TEM photographs indicate that the particle of the superfine powder which piles up loosely is about 50 nm.
