摘  要:采用原位反应铸造法,制备了含有球状VCP/Fe基复合材料.对复合材料的可焊性进行了试验研究.结果表明,焊缝区组织均匀,球状VC弥散均匀,数量增多,颗粒变小,硬度较热影响区和母材有所降低,但影响不大,没有裂纹等焊接缺陷产生;热影响区的球状VC的大小和数量没有变化,其硬度也没有变化.说明该复合材料的可焊性较好,焊接后可以保证材料的硬度和使用性能.The spherical VCp/Fe composites are prepared by in- situ reaction casting. The study on welding ability of the composite is done by the experiments. The result shows that the tissue of welding seam is even, the spherical VC distribution disperse homogeneously, the amount increases much, the spherical VC particles become pettier, the hardness drops slightly comparing with that of heat -affected zone and mother materials, however the effect is not great. The welding defects such as the cracks do not occur. In heat - affected zone the spherical VC particles and their amount have not changed, the change in the hardness is not obvious. The welding quality of the composite is good enough to guarantee the material hardness and use.
