摘 要:从激光晶体低增益谱线的运转机理出发,对LD泵浦Nd∶YVO4,LBO腔内倍频457 nm蓝光激光器用光学薄膜进行了研制。在激光反射镜的设计上,为保证基频光914 nm的高效振荡,并获得高的倍频457 nm蓝光输出,对膜系要求进行了深入分析。采用调谐比高的膜堆结构将反射波长与透射波长进行了有效分离,既降低了膜系设计难度,又获得了高效率的蓝光输出。实现了914 nm激光高效振荡,通过LBO腔内倍频,在1.7 W LD泵浦功率下获得20 mW4、57 nm蓝光输出。Based on lower gain laser line action theory, optical thin films for LD-pumped Nd : YVO4/LBO blue lasers at 457 nm were presented. To achieve 914 nm laser action and 457 nm blue high output power,the coating design of resonator mirror was analyized. The transmittance wavelength and reflectance wavelength were effectively separated by adopting high tuned ratio stack. Simultaneously, the spectrum requests were reasonably distributed on the two resonator facet to restrain the other laser lines such as 1 064 nm and 1 342 nm. Using type-I critical phasematching LBO crystal, 457 nm blue laser is obtained by 914 nm intracavity frequency doubling. The maximum 457 nm blue laser output power of 20 mW is obtained when a pump power of 1.7 W is used.
