摘  要:采用一个特殊的与门(AND)逻辑运算,基于太赫兹光非对称解复用器(TOAD),提出了一种全光多位地址识别方案,并用其成功实现了20 Gbit/s的四位地址识别和10 Gbit/s的二位地址识别。对SOA的增益恢复时间对结果的影响提出了改进办法,分析表明该方案具有实现超高速地址识别的潜力。这种地址识别方法不需要分离包头地址和数据包,地址识别的结果可作为驱动信号实现分组的全光自路由。Using a special AND logic based on terahertz optical asymmetric demultiplexer (TOAD), a method to recognize all-optical multi-bit address is proposed. With this method,4-bit address recognition at 20 Gbit/s and 2-bit address recognition at 10 Gbit/s are demonstrated successfully. Technique is proposed to overcome the influence of the gain recovery time of SOA on the recognition results. Analysis shows that this address recognition method has the potential to realize ultrafast address recognition, and needs not separate out the header address and data packets. The address recognition result can be used as driving signal to implement all-optical selfrouting.
